Working bee near Riversdale Road - 24 June

On Sunday 24 June 2012 thirteen willing workers spread out newspapers and underlay and covered with mulch an area at the rear of the Scout Hall. This prepared area, already sprayed by Adrian, will be ready for "National Tree Day" and planted on the last Sunday in July.

A pleasant Sunday sunny morning was enjoyed by all participants and work was completed in a very short time. The rest of the time was used removing weeds at creek banks in the same area.

Tea and coffee was served and enjoyed at completion of works.
